of each specific producer. The parallel-

MAULDIN
A leading manufacturer of asphalt
pavers and compaction rollers.
MAULDIN rubber tire pavers are
unmatched in proven performance
and reliability. Traction is maximized
by using a wide stance air tire, which
is filled with a foam-rubber compound.
This provides an absorbing type of
suspension not available from a
solid tire.
MAULDIN crawler track pavers feature
a true crawler track design. The heavy
duty track chain is direct driven by a
large diameter, rear mounted, drive
sprocket. The front mounted, large
diameter, idler sprocket is mounted
into the undercarriage with an
adjustable, spring take-up,
tensioning device.
MAULDIN screeds are the heaviest
screeds available for this size of paver.
Finished mats, laid by MAULDIN pavers,
are the most densely compacted
available. Independent leading and
trailing crown/invert control allows the
operator to adjust one without effecting
the other.
Power Train 550E and 690E are
standard equipped with economical
gasoline fueled engines, and both are
offered with the most powerful diesel
fueled engines in their class.
Mauldin Series II Low Profile Rollers provide improved operator comfort,
machine performance and product
features. Like Mauldin rollers of the
past the Series II rollers combine
essential job tools and long life
durability. Operator access is easy and
convenient from either side of the
machines, eliminating the need for
bench, swivel, or dual seating
configurations.
